Golden Door Film Festival was founded on the principles of opportunity and equality for each and every qualified filmmaker that has their film accepted to our festival.
Community
The Golden Door Film Festival organization believes in giving back to the community that supports us and that we are a part of and cherish. Our first program under that concept is our Scholarship fund which is awarded to an outstanding media arts student within the Jersey City School system.
Striving
Each year our festival has grown terrifically and we will continue to shape our organization and events until we have reached the pinnacle of film festival importance. Our aim is to take our place among the most respected film festivals in the world.
