Join us to view three of the best independent films
from the 2012 Golden Door Film Festival.

Maybe Tomorrow was written and directed by Michael Wolfe, and captured the Best Picture award at the 2012 Golden Door Film Festival, while also taking Best Lead Actor, Best Director, Best Supporting Actor and Best Screenplay. It is about three men, one night, and a crime that would sever their friendship but connect them to each other for life. The film stars Dominik Tiefenthaler, Michael Wolfe and Paul Lange.

My Time with the English Tourist was created by John Dunstan. In this charming film, John documents his early morning walks with Tommy, his English bulldog. Set amidst reclaimed natural habitats skirting Jersey City and Bayonne, against the dramatic backdrops of the New York skyline and the Statue of Liberty.

Pollination* is a short film starring Federico Castelluccio and directed by Sam Borowski. The premise of the film is that plants are the children of the earth. They will grow and respond according to how we treat them.

The films will begin at 7 pm and will be followed by an after party at GP’s Restaurant, Hamilton Park, 236 Pavonia Avenue, JC. Admission to The Best of the Fest is $20.00, cash only, at the door (includes admission to the screenings and admission to the after party including complimentary hor d’oeuvres).
